M. Dakouo was a researcher at the Centre d’Expertises Politiques et Institutionnels en Afrique(CEPIA), and after at the Institute for Local Affairs and finally at the Alliance for Rebuilding Governance in Africa(ARGA). His work is centred on governance, democracy, security and institutional policies. M.Dakouo has strong field research experience in Mali, especially in the northern regions. He is coauthor of a governance in Mali publication and has also many individual publications. He graduated in Anthropology of Development and Social Change(DEA) from the ISFRA in Bamako, Mali. Ambroise Dakouo holds also a M.A in Sociology from the Mali University in Bamako and an Executive Master in Policies and Development Practices from the IHEID in Geneva, Switzerland.
