Maliweb covers European Café Debate in Bamako

One of Mali's most popular online news sites, Maliweb, published an account of the first European Café Debate, held in Bamako on October 26. The article quotes ARGA researcher Abdoul Wahab Maiga, who described Malians' views of the EU's crisis management efforts in the country as generally very positive but suffering from a lack of information and communication.
